Close To My Heart Autumn Album Retreat -- The Sweet Life Layout

I'm a sucker for circles so I totally loved the circle overlay for this layout.

Yet again I used the 3-D tape on lots of things:

I popped the Red Banner up and off the "SWEET" title,

The Lagoon "Life" title off the lower yellow "Life", and

The Lagoon arrow at the bottom of the right page

As well as all the photos.

I LOVE DIMENSION!

These pictures were taken in August at Morgan's 5th Birthday party.

She's my total Diva who loves to dress up, have her nails painted and LOVES shoes...

BUT...

She's also my tough little cookie who is the only girl on the Verona Youth wrestling team, likes to get dirty with the boys and can do most things her big brother can and could at a younger age!

Tips & Techniques for This Layout: 

* Mix cuts from multiple keys to create a unique layout

* Use the ruler border true to size, or as an accent to highlight a number or list

* Use an overlay or border from a mini album and size it to fit a 12" x 12" page

* Cut a Cricut pocket to hold journaling

* Shrink title to create a page accent

* Use Cricut Craft Room (CCR) to create layered pieces by making a piece 1/4" bigger and using the "Hide Contour" feature

* Cut "Life" title out of two different colors and adhere so that both colors show

* Use CCR to connect letters together to create one cut instead of individual letters

* Use the blending pen to highlight stamped letters
