And here ladies and gentlemen is the very first Canadian shore lunch for my family. We have planned to do it for at least two or three years, and it just never happened due to 1) not catching fish to eat for lunch or 2) the weather. Well this year it finally worked out, and I didn't go...ugh!! What they do is get up early and grab breakfast before heading out which they normally don't do. Then they stay out and keep fishing until they get enough for lunch. Find a good spot to leave the boat and get out and grill up the fish just hours after catching them. Fish always taste the best when they are fresh...and man...nothing beats fresh Canadian Walleye...Yum Yum!!
