Welcome to the Close To My Heart Emboss It Blog Hop.
We will be featuring Close To My Heart's new, awesome Embossing Folders.
If you came from Toni's Blog you are on the right track.
I was SUPER EXCITED that Close To My Heart finally added Embossing Folders to the new Spring/Summer Idea Book.
I have a ton of non-CTMH ones so I am excited to be able to use ours.
5 Embossing Folders to choose from...which one to use??
I couldn't choose only one . . . so I opted for two. HA HA HA
I went with the Quatrefoil Embossing Folder (Z1926) for the main embossing on the Sweet Leaf Cardstock and the Dot Embossing Folder (Z1924) for the embossing on the Blush and Hollyhock flowers.
I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment in Hollyhock ink twice -- once on the Cricut Cut image on Hollyhock Cardstock and then once on the Blush Cardstock. I then cut the oval out and added 3-D Foam Tape to give it added dimension.
to make them pop.
No card is complete without a little bling so I added the shimmer trim from the Ivy Lane Cardmaking Workshop on the Go Kit
and the Pink Glitter Gems.
Hope you are enjoying the Emboss It Blog Hop.
Now "Hop" on over to Dana's Blog to see her work.

What an adorable card! Feels very fresh and springy.
Nice card and like the touch of bling.
This is a very cute card...I love the colors you pulled from the patterned paper. Fabulous work.
Such a pretty and spring inspired card. Love the dots on the flowers. Great Job!
Love your card! I think the Ivy Lane paper just begs to be partnered with an embossing folder design.
Your card is so beautiful Keeley!! And I'm not normally a flowery loving kind of gal. You've converted me ;o) Love the use of both folders too!
