August Paper Pumpkin: Farmhouse Florals — Cards + Scrapbook Layout Ideas

The August Paper Pumpkin Kit . . . Farmhouse Florals is overflowing with warmth, texture, and that cozy vintage vibe ๐ŸŒป The watercolor artwork and floral ephemera instantly grab your attention, and I turned this all-inclusive kit into 3 cards, 1 double-page layout, and 1 single-page layout.

For the cards, I used border stamping, punched florals, typewriter ephemera, linen twine, and clean sentiments to keep each design simple yet stunning. These cards look like something straight out of a lovely farm kitchen windowsill. ๐ŸŒฟ

Then I stretched the kit further using card bases, envelopes, and leftover pieces to create three farmhouse scrapbook layouts. With layered cardstock, distressed DSP edges, flower motifs, and soft inking on Very Vanilla cardstock, every layout has a lived-in, vintage feel that’s perfect for everyday photos.

This kit is amazing for cardmakers AND memory keepers alike . . . just add a little creativity and suddenly you have handmade pages ready for stories, smiles, and everyday moments.

Card 1: For You

Border stamping + layered flower ephemera ๐ŸŒธ + bag & handle punchouts + twine tie ๐Ÿงต and a sweet stamped sentiment. Such a cute way to “deliver flowers” on a card.

Card 2: Just a Note

Typewriter punchouts ๐Ÿ˜ layered florals, subtle border stamping, and a simple Secret Sea-ink sentiment make this card perfect for happy mail. ๐Ÿ’Œ

Card 3: Thank You

Border stamping + soft watercolor imagery + clean sentiment strip ๐ŸŒฟ = easy, elegant, and finished in minutes.

Layout 1: You Are Loved

Used card bases, typewriter & bag punchouts, flower ephemera, gutted Secret Sea cardstock (yessss we love a good cardstock save ๐Ÿ™Œ), White Willow mat layer, stamped border in Lost Lagoon, and torn two-tone edging to show the white fibers . . . farmhouse texture MAGIC.

Finished with the retired circle die AND Secret Sea dots from the Low Profile Sparkle Dots.

Layout 2: Just a Note to Say Hello

Layered typewriter + bag punchouts with florals, twine, stamped images from Farmhouse Florals, and the “Hello” die from the Circle of Seasons Add-On Dies. ๐ŸŒผ

Distressed Very Vanilla cardstock edges with Pecan Pie ink, used Country Woods DSP for the wood elements, scissor-distressed the edges, and added Calypso Coral photo mats with Antique Gold Pressed Flower Motifs to finish.

Vintage. Weathered. PERFECT.
