Tips & Techniques:
Punched Circle Flowers:
* Punch out 9 circles with the Close To My Heart 1 1/4" circle punch. (Tip: Stamping an image onto 8 of the circles gives the flower more depth.)
* Fold 8 of the circles into thirds, overlapping the edges.
* Center and adhere the points of the 8 folded circles on the remaining circle.
